Rabbit Hole Gaskets started off by making hand cut gaskets for my 1979 KZ650 because gaskets sets on the market were a 50/50 shot of getting every hole and clearance in the right place, especially for a set of carburetors with an accelerator pump operated by engine vacuum. After several years of searching and making gaskets for friends, it was time to take it up a notch. My background in design and all things 2D/3D CAD led me to start fabricating gaskets with a CNC die-cutting machine. And here we are...

The KZ650 is my favorite bike, but my love for all motorcycles runs deep. When the Z/KZ650 was released for 1977, the factory took several bikes to Daytona International Speedway for endurance testing and set a few new world records. That day, a special bike named "The Rabbit" took to the track and posted faster times than many other larger displacement bikes of the time. "The Rabbit" is currently on display at the Kawasaki Motors Corp, Headquarters in Irvine, California.
